I am now on sick leave for a week but my employer keeps calling asking when can I go to work and I say I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow he keeps insisting. yes it is holiday time and I have to arrange people blah blah can he fire me and if he can do that will I get unemployment benefits??Lawyer
