Adjusting a parenting plan: Ask for legal assistance
Questioner
adjust parenting plan, hi I am now working on drawing up a new parenting plan, I made one together with my ex at that time through mediation during that process my ex had a lawyer at his disposal to leave me with nothing, our mediator found out and immediately stopped because of infidelity but before that our parenting plan was signed which contains a lot, in consultation!!! but now later consultation with my ex is impossible and she lives her own laws and seriously abuses her power as a mother!!, she deviates greatly from our plan!! Can I demand that this was not drawn up fairly because she had a lawyer in his hands?? and I hardly get any time with my daughters and that while we have joint parental authority and I have a very good relationship with my daughters it is almost every weekend when I have them that the oldest says I wish I could live with you forever and that you could take me to school every day that is why I often ask my ex to also take care of my kids because I live 800 meters away from them but every time I get a no and her mother takes them to school or they stay over and that while I have plenty of time!!!, I would stand strong in court to adjust this and have more contact!! and what should I think about, tips or evidence, it can't go on like this sometimes it seems as if she has a narcissistic personality disorder and my six year old daughter is not doing so well at school, I hope you can help me with a good plan and the right action at the judge.Lawyer
You could indeed file a petition with the court to grant a visitation arrangement or to make a new parenting plan. It is best to contact a family law attorneyNeem de volgende stap
