Dear Mr. Lawyer My boss cannot pay the salary for the month of June and I also still have to be paid my holiday pay. He is on the verge of bankruptcy if the bank does not cooperate. Your salary must be paid by your employer. If your employer does not go bankrupt, you can try to get payment of your salary from the UWV. Legally, they can pay this, but in practice, they almost do. If your employer goes bankrupt, the UWV will take over the obligation to pay your salary, but this is for a maximum of the last 13 weeks.
