I got fired, received my last paycheck this month. My holiday pay is also calculated on my pay slip, but I did not receive this when I was paid. Now my employer wants to pay this out after paying the wages in March. She also did not pay an end-of-year bonus in December, which I have not received to date. What can I do to have both paid out as soon as possible?

You are entitled to a correct final settlement per the end date of the employment contract. In your case, this includes (partly) payment of holiday pay and end-of-year bonus. If this is paid too late, you must send your employer a written reminder
