Medical negligence & legal rights for non-material damages

Dear Mister/Ma'am,
I need legal advice in connection with medical negligence. I was in Bulgaria on hospital treatment for 3 months because of tuberculosis and many months of recovery are coming up. I contacted you because I'd like to know what my rights are in this situation? I will provide all the necessary documents and details of my case and I hope to receive your recommendations and assist in this process.
Two months ago, I visited the GP with many different complaints, and also with a persistent cough. The diagnosis of the GP was an allergy. Blood tests were prescribed, and I also received a promise of an x-ray, which I never did, because according to the doctor, there was no need. While I waited for the results of the assigned blood count, my condition deteriorated and I had to visit the Emergency Center. Again, blood tests were done, an emergency cеnter found that I had an infection and received an antibiotic for 5 days. Despite of the antibiotic, my condition deteriorated. I contacted the GP again and the assistant told me I needed to take a Coronavirus test. I did it and it was negative. I go back to the GP and the examination finds that everything is fine. But I have a fever, cough and severe chest pains. Since I was working, I attended work in this state, taking paracetamol at 2 hours. But at one point my condition deteriorated to the point where I wasn't able to go to work. I've contacted the GP again. Again, I explain everything to the assistant who tells me to call back at 12.00 o'clock to tell me what the doctor has decided. I would like to emphasize that every time I attended Michon practice, the doctor was different, and each time I had to explain what my condition was. On my next call to the GP, I get therapy on the phone with an antibiotic that I'm allergic to and I've said I am. The doctor agrees to examine me, and I get an appointment. I went, but I never met the doctor. The assistant gave me a blood test, which confirmed I had an infection, but for the doctor, everything was fine. The doctor didn't even examine me, he didn't even come out of his office. They sent me at home. I asked them again for an X-ray. I even wanted to pay for it, but I never got it. According to the doctor, the cough is allergic, for chest pain I should visit a physiotherapist. We went to Bulgaria on vacation and my first job was to visit a doctor. They did a lot of tests, an X-ray and a lung endoscopy. I was diagnosed with tuberculosis.
My treatment still continues here in Netherlands after my treatment in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, me and the family have to do weekly blood tests. My whole family is positive for tuberculosis. We were in the hospital with my son, who is one year old. He's been through bronchoscopy. Now we all take drugs for tuberculosis, with many side effects. I'm forced to interrupt work so I can heal. I would like to seek my legal rights for non-material damages and I hope you will cooperate with me.
X-practice was negligent, discriminatory, and put my life at risk. It is assumed that the medical oath applies to all nationalities and races, that they are doctors and that the well-being of the patient should be the guiding force of every doctor. Unfortunately, I did not expect that in a country like the Netherlands I would face such discriminatory and negligent treatment. I will be grateful for any advice, guidance and assistance from you.

Kind regards,
