I am on a "kennis migrant" visa since November 2011.My employment contract is for 5 years with a cancellation clause of 3 months. The employer has suddenly terminated the contract without assigning any reasons and is giving a notice of only 2 months. Do I have legal re-course available? I am an Indian citizen.
In Holland the cancellation clause period is twice as long for the employer than for the employee and otherwise void. If void, you are entitled to payement over the whole duration of the determined period of the contract.
