Eligible for full refund car with defects?

Bought a car on aug 15, 2023. Only a week old after purchase and already showing major problems with car, like engine malfunction warning lights in cluster, sensor issues, oil leakage etc. I checked the car with a third party garage and they told these are problems and we have photos. It is almost a brand new car just 2.5 years (dec 2020) old and less than 13000kms run and costed us 17000 euros. These defects were not communicated/conveniently hidden. They even did a service for this car before delivery. They said all good with the car when I asked if any issues were found when service was done. Are we eligible to ask for a full refund as 14 days has not passed after the purchase of this car? We have a written contract with the dealer. They apparently have a 1 year warranty on engine and gear box (not bovag warranty). What are our options if refund and return is not possible?
